If you have a mortgage loan with us and need to make an inquiry, the above contact information may be used to initiate a general or escalated inquiry to our Customer Service Department.
General Inquiries are those inquiries where you are requesting specific information on your loan or a status of your loss prevention process. General inquiries do not have to be in writing. Inquiries received by telephone are normally handled at the time of inquiry. General inquiries received by mail or email will be acknowledged within 5 business days, with a final response within 30 business days, unless there is ongoing research.
Escalated Cases are inquiries concerning the delay, final evaluation, or a denial concerning the loss prevention process of your loan. Escalated cases must be in writing and sent to the above address or email address. Escalated cases received will be acknowledged within 3 business days, with a final response within 15 business days, unless there is ongoing research (which would extend the final response to 30 business days).
