We have been working to replace our foundational banking systems with what we believe is the most innovative technology platform in any large bank in America. The final phase of this systems modernization is the launch of a new technology platform for deposit accounts on April 7, 2024.

Included among the immediate benefits to you are the following:

• Speed - Transaction posting will now happen in real time.
• Clarity - Faster transaction posting creates greater visibility across all your accounts.
• Convenience - Increased use of digital signatures for changes to existing accounts and for opening new accounts.

Additional changes you will want to know about:

• Your account number(s) will NOT change.
• There will be no change to your online banking interactions, fee structure, or other products.
• A new Deposit Account Agreement will go into effect on April 7, 2024, including further details about how real-time processing may affect your account.
• As part of this change, you will receive two statements: a partial-month interim statement that include all transactions processed on our legacy system and another statement on your normal statement processing date that includes transactions processed on our new system.
