Use eBills to receive bills in Bill Pay
- eBills arrive in Online or Mobile Banking without waiting for the mail or a merchant’s website posting.
- Available from hundreds of companies, including major utilities and retailers.
- Sign up for select merchants directly within Bill Pay.
- There may be overlap between sign-up for eBills and the time the merchant stops mailing paper statements. However, you will only receive that merchant’s statements through eBill after signing up. (Contact the merchant to discontinue paper statements and request electronic-only billing)
- Merchants offering eBills appear in the Payment Center with a “Get eBill” icon to the side of the biller’s name. Pay the bill by clicking on the icon and following the on-screen instructions. Instruct Bill Pay to pay that particular eBill or automatically pay all future eBills from that biller.
- Certain payees may provide temporary “Trial eBill” service while still sending paper invoices. Try it out before deciding whether or not to receive paperless eBills permanently.
