Travel Accident Insurance
When you purchase an airline ticket with your Clarity Card, you can receive $500,000 of accidental death and dismemberment coverage. But this coverage doesn’t just apply to air travel, it can also be in place when you’ve used your covered Clarity Card to purchase a ticket for other means of travel like a ferry, cruise ship, train, or bus. Lost Luggage Assistance
When you use your covered Clarity Card to purchase an airline or common carrier ticket, you can be eligible to receive reimbursement for your checked luggage or carry-on baggage and their contents in the event of theft or misdirection up to $3,000 per trip ($2,000 maximum if resident of New York). This coverage applies to travel by air, ferry, cruise ship, train, or bus.
To submit a claim, simply collect your documents (lost luggage report, dates of travel, etc.) and go to eclaimsline.com or call 800-757-1274 to file a claim or get your questions answered. If you are outside the U.S., you can call collect: 804-673-6496. Please note the notification to the Benefit Administrator must be made within 20 days from the date the luggage was lost or stolen.
Auto Rental Collision Damage Waiver
When you use your covered Clarity Card to rent a vehicle, you’ll get built-in Auto Rental Coverage, which includes physical damage, theft, reasonable and customary towing, and loss-of-use charges. Simply decline the Collision Damage Waiver coverage offered by the rental agency and make sure your name is listed as the primary renter on the rental contract. Any additional drivers must be listed on the rental contract.
To submit a claim, go to eclaimsline.com or speak with a Benefit Administrator by calling 800-348-8472 to initiate your claim. If you are outside the U.S., you can call collect: 804-673-1164. You must sign and return your claim form or file it online within 90 days of the date of incident – you can supply any outstanding documentation afterwards.
